Oh we had a wonderful time in sunny Arizona & we were definitely not ready to come home! We started the week out with spending time with the Horne, Randall & Couser families on Saturday. It was so great to see our wonderful friends (and we were so happy that we were able to make it to Joe's BBQ!) On Sunday we were able to go to our old ward in Gilbert & it was SO great seeing all of our friends from that ward. Cornerstone ward is definitely one of the best wards out there:) That afternoon we had a yummy BBQ with the Evert's & the Horne's. We sure do miss our Bruce Court neighbors!! Sunday night we met up with the rest of my family at the Marriott Desert Ridge resort where we spent the next 7 days basking in the sun, being lazy in the lazy river, playing water volleyball, swimming with Heather Zach & Cade, the guys got to play golf (3 times:), girls getting make-overs & treating ourselves to a delicious "Sprinkles" cupcake(s:), golfing at the double decker, driving go carts & bumper boats, going to movies, shopping, celebrating Macall & Christine's b-days, having BBQ's, eating at In-N-Out as many times as possible, eating at the families fav restaurant Cheesecake Factory, we had a wonderful Mother's Day tribute done by all the kids, & last but not least I fit in a cut & color for my best & favorite client Sherri! It was a week filled with wonderful memories that I'm sure we'll never forget. One of my favorite parts of this vacation was seeing my kids with all their cousins. My kids think that their cousins are absolutely the coolest thing out there & I'm so grateful that we were able to spend this special time with them. Thanks mom & dad for planning such a wonderful vacation & always being so generous!
