trick or treat

I must say that this years Halloween has been the best one ever! We started out the day with a super fun party at Jenn's where she went all out with the Halloween menu & fun! It was so great seeing everyone dress up & getting to spend the day with my family. I must say that seeing my dad dressed as a Hell's Angel was the highlight! We ended the day with Josh's family with dinner & trick or treating. The weather was great...not as great as Halloween in Arizona weather but I can't complain because it's not snowing in Utah great kind of weather:) Thanks to our families for making our Halloween so much fun this year!

Just like old times.....

Tate got to have his BESTEST friend in the whole world come & play with him on Saturday. It was so special because he came all the way from AZ. My favorite part was that when they saw each other they gave each other a big hug & just ran off & started playing...it didn't matter that they hadn't seen each other in 6 months. Thanks Horne's for letting us have some "Zach" time!!!

love you more than.....

Josh & I went on a date tonight and when we got back Tate ran up to me & said, "Mom I missed you & I love you more than pop tarts." How sweet is that? If you know Tate, that's quite the statement of love! My response to him was,"Tate, I love you more than Diet Coke."

another year older...Happy Birthday REX!!

Rex turns 3 tomorrow & I can't believe how fast the last three years have gone by. He is such a funny kid & he always is making us laugh. Today Tate was telling Rex that tomorrow, when he turns 3, that he'll be able to run tons faster than 2 year olds. I love how kids think that on the day of their birthday they grow a few inches taller & run faster than they did the day before! Rex......we sure love ya & hope that you have a wonderful 3rd birthday!!
