On Sunday night we were at my parent's house & we ended up taking Rex to the ER in Mt. Pleasant to get stitches. Tate & Rex were chasing each other around my parents island in their kitchen (mind you that Josh had told them 3 times to stop & that someone was going to get hurt....famous last words huh!) Rex ended up running into the corner of the counter & he hit right below his eyebrow & it split right open. I am so glad Josh was there to go to the hospital with me! Rex is such a tough kid & he was so brave! He kept telling us that it was taking forever & that he wanted to just go back to grandma's house. I swear kid's are so resilient & Rex is one of the toughest kids I've ever been around! Moral of the story...listen to your parents! They do know what they're talking about:)

oh man! Im just waiting for our day with stitches....im going to read this to Zach and Cade so they will stop running around our kitchen all the time:) Those brothers...it's just what they do. Today, Hadley saw them wrestling and joined in...Im afraid she's doomed...she's pretty darn tough though, and definitely not intimidated by boys:) Sure miss you guys!
OUCH! Yep, thats a fact of life with boys! I can't believe how big Rex is, he is a cutie :)
What a brave boy! And the stitches make him look even tougher! Such a cute kid...
